By using this site you accept these terms. They cover the website only — representation, production and partnership work is governed by the separate agreement we sign with you, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Using the Site

You may view this site and share links to it. You may not scrape it, resell access to it, attempt to break its security, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Our Content

The Lost Media Group name, logo, copy, video and photography on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and remain so. Creator and client material appears with permission and belongs to its owners. Nothing here transfers a licence to reuse any of it commercially.

Enquiries and Submissions

Submitting a roster request or enquiry does not create a contract, an offer of representation, or any obligation on our side to take the work on. Please do not send confidential material through the form — we cannot treat unsolicited submissions as confidential.

Performance Claims

Figures shown on this site describe past work across our roster. They are not a forecast or a guarantee of the results any individual creator or brand will achieve.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law and Contact
